Josh was the main face of covering a very different 2021 award season on talkRADIO.

Here he covered the buildup and post reaction of all the major ceremonies including the Golden Globes, SAG Awards, BAFTAs and the Oscars and was on air on a variety of shows across the network, broadcasting with the likes of Julia Hartley-Brewer, Mike Graham, Patrick Christys, Cristo Foufas and James Max.

As part of his role as Entertainment Correspondent on talkRADIO, Josh is known for providing coverage of breaking showbiz stories.

This will be Josh’s 4th consecutive Award Season covered on the station and this year, things are looking slightly different than usual as Josh and Julia comb over the fine details. Josh is not afraid to chew fat over the facts and hold his own with well established broadcasters on air!

Josh was invited by Netflix to interview the stars of the new movie ‘The Dig’; Carey Mulligan & Ralph Fiennes. The film is about the discovery of the two Sutton Hoo medieval cemeteries at Edith’s property in Suffolk, England. It also stars the likes of Lily James and Johnny Flynn.

Ralph plays aspiring archaeologist, Basil Brown in the movie. Even though the world spent most of 2020 in lockdown amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Ralph told josh that whilst people used their time “differently”, he took the time to have an inward look at himself and his life.

Meanwhile, Carey plays English landowner Edith Pretty. Here, The Academy Award nominated actress says how she was inspired by The Detectorists, she praises key workers during the pandemic and she reveals how she has actually gone out looking for buried treasure!
