Scarlett Johansson is one of a number of Hollywood heavyweights to slam the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA), The organisation that runs the Golden Globes, calling for a boycott until there is “substantial reform”.

As an experienced Entertainment Correspondent, Josh was invited onto BBC World News, Broadcasting to over 200 countries, over 170 cruise ships, 53 airlines and 23 mobile phone networks to talk about the latest scandal enveloping Hollywood.

Josh was the main face of covering a very different 2021 award season on talkRADIO.

Here he covered the buildup and post reaction of all the major ceremonies including the Golden Globes, SAG Awards, BAFTAs and the Oscars and was on air on a variety of shows across the network, broadcasting with the likes of Julia Hartley-Brewer, Mike Graham, Patrick Christys, Cristo Foufas and James Max.

But Josh managed to kick off 2020 in STYLE! He started the year as talkRADIO’s official film correspondent across award season covering The Golden Globes and the Academy Awards for the third consecutive year, presenting entertainment news across the network with Julia Hartley Brewer, Mike Graham, Cristo Foufas and Darryl Morris.

But he also bagged a lot of exclusive interviews for major film releases with Hollywood royalty including Dame Kristen Scott-Thomas, Bill Nighy & Anya Taylor-Joy.

To finish off 2019, Josh blagged one of the first exclusive interviews for the smash hit film 1917 – with Sir Sam Mendes, George MacKay and Dean Charles-Chapman on talkRADIO, showing that he can truly spot a hit!

The film ended up taking home plenty of accolades at the Golden Globes, BAFTAs and the Academy Awards with the team being super in demand across the globe during award season.

 

As part of his reporting duties for ‘The Late Late Early Early Show’ with Paul Ross on talkRADIO, Josh has been conducting exclusive interviews, been sitting down with A-List stars as he covers some worldwide films including Disney’s The Nutcracker and the Four Realms, Creed II and The Favourite.

To celebrate the release of the Academy Award and BAFTA Award nominated as well as Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild award winning movie Darkest Hour, Josh secured an exclusive interview with one of the movie’s biggest stars; Lily James.

The former Cinderella actress exclusively opened up about the ‘Anxiety’ over her role, the climate in Hollywood, working with Gary Oldman as well as other behind the scenes experiences on the set of the multi award-winning movie also starring Ben Mandelson and Kristen Scott Thomas.
