Here he covered the buildup and post reaction of all the major ceremonies including the Golden Globes, SAG Awards, BAFTAs and the Oscars and was on air on a variety of shows across the network, broadcasting with the likes of Julia Hartley-Brewer, Mike Graham, Patrick Christys, Cristo Foufas and James Max.

Leslie stars in the movie alongside Dame Judi Dench, Dan Stevens & Isla Fisher, where she plays the disgruntled ghost Elvira Condomine in the new period drama/comedy.
Leslie reveals that she was SUPER intimidated by the prospect of working with Dame Judi Dench, she’s also been watching A LOT of RuPaul’s Drag Race with her daughter and she makes her verdict between Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pine, Chris Pratt and Chris Evens in the Hollywood Chris controversy … complete with some surprising revelations!

Even though he is best known for his work throughout award season, he was lucky enough to play a part in the groundbreaking US Election 2020 coverage on talkRADIO. On Election Day he appeared on the flagship show on the Network, ‘The Independent Republic of Mike Graham’ in the buildup to the election.
Then on election night, coverage began at 10pm with Cristo Foufas and Josh went on air once again with Cristo to give analysis on the Showbiz side of the election, proving that when it comes to major coverage of big events, especially when it relates to showbiz in any way, Josh is always on hand as the go-to guy to provide expert analysis.
Rebecca – directed by Ben Wheatley is one of the big Netflix movie releases of 2020. Starring the likes of Lily James, Armie Hammer and Kristin Scott Thomas, the film has provided substantial distraction away from the day to day pressures of lockdown.
Lily James pulled out of several high profile media interviews news after the scandal with fellow actor Dominic West, including Graham Norton and The Today Show. However Josh still managed to bag an exclusive virtual interview with her for talkRADIO as well as several of the other big name stars of the film.
Once again Josh was invited by Netflix to interview the cast of ‘Sex Education’ to cover the release of the second season of the smash-hit show for talkRADIO and BANG Showbiz.
Josh had a lovely catch up with Asa Butterfield, Ncuti Gatwa, Emma Mackey, Connor Swindells and Kedar Williams-Stirling. Plus he also got to chat to newbies Patricia Allison & Tanya Reynolds – plenty of laughs were had!
After an incredible year which featured interviews with the likes of Keira Knightley, Samuel L. Jackson, Tessa Thompson, a viral interview with Bianca Del Rio, a chat with the Oscar winning Renée Zellweger for her award winning part in Judy, one on one interviews with the team behind 1917 and many red carpets, 2019 was a hard year to beat.
But Josh managed to kick off 2020 in STYLE! He started the year as talkRADIO’s official film correspondent across award season covering The Golden Globes and the Academy Awards for the third consecutive year, presenting entertainment news across the network with Julia Hartley Brewer, Mike Graham, Cristo Foufas and Darryl Morris.
But he also bagged a lot of exclusive interviews for major film releases with Hollywood royalty including Dame Kristen Scott-Thomas, Bill Nighy & Anya Taylor-Joy.
More and more, Josh is becoming the go-to guy for exclusive interviews for Wireless. He got the chance to sit down with some of the cast and director of the smash hit film, Maleficent: Mistress Of Evil for both talkRADIO as well as Paul Ross’ Extra Time on talkSPORT. But he doesn’t stop with film coverage as his passion for music also shines through. He also sat down with Danny Jones from McFly where they both laughed and reflected on profound topics. The interview aired on talkRADIO and was also picked up by BANG Showbiz.
For a huge talkRADIO exclusive, Josh spent the afternoon with Renée Zellweger to speak to her about her new role as legendary icon Judy Garland in her new movie: Judy. They spoke about her personal connection to the part, Judy’s connection to the LGBTQ plus community and the injustice about the last part of Judy’s life in length and in depth. They even had time for a selfie or two!
